1. Shipping Overview

BodyRituals currently ships within South Africa using Aramex Store to Door. We aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently while maintaining a premium customer experience.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once processed, your order will be handed over to our courier partner.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery time: 8–11 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, demand, and external factors.


4. Courier Partner

All orders are shipped via Aramex Store to Door.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may take time to reflect.


5. Delays & Liability

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times:

  • BodyRituals is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, including but not limited to:

    • High shipment volumes

    • Weather conditions

    • Strikes or service disruptions

    • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

However, this does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). We will always make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving delivery issues.


6. Incorrect Address Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  • BodyRituals will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


7. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received:

  • Please contact us within 3 business days

  • We will investigate with the courier

BodyRituals reserves the right to:

  • Require proof or verification before issuing a replacement or refund


8. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The packaging

    • The damaged item

We will assess and resolve the issue in line with your rights under the CPA.


9. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website.
